How to use the Budgetone 200 Series SIP Phones

To get your voicemail dial: *98

To get voicemail for a different extension dial: *97

To transfer a call:

Method 1: Press the transfer button and type in the number you want to transfer them to. If you want to announce the call, stay on the line, otherwise you can hang up. When announcing the call hanging up will automatically connect them with the caller.

Method 2: Press *4 and then dial the extension. If you want to announce the call just stay on the line, otherwise just hang up. When announcing the call hanging up will automatically connect them with the caller.

To put someone on hold: Press the hold button

Taking another call: press the flash button

To dial a previously dialed number: pick up the phone and press either Callers or Called until you find the number you are looking for. When you find the number you want to dial press the send button.

To record a call: Press *2 anytime you are in a call to start recording.

Pick up a Ringing Extension from any phone: Press **<extension> then wait for the display to show: 00-01. You can now start talking.
